Advocate Mehendra Pratap
Mehendra got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2011. His keen sense of conviction and an ability to approach a set of problem from different viewpoint has often resulted in positive outcome. Mehendra is skillful in mediating between the disputing parties and giving them hope to come out from a stressful litigation.
Mehendra has tactfully handled the cases in Court keeping in mind the sensibilities of the Clients. He has handled several high stake matters not only in terms of property but also as to the liberty of his Clients who have been put behind bars for frivolous cases. Mehendra has come out of tough situations which not only required application of legal knowledge but also presence of mind to deal with people and various authorities.

Advocate Pranaynath Jha
Pranaynath got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2008 and has since worked with individual lawyers and different law firms based in Delhi. His experience range from advising off shore Clients facilitating cross border transactions to handling litigation in different High Courts, District Courts, Consumer Courts and Tribunals. Pranaynath has carried out trials extensively under recovery proceedings, injunctions, possession, declaration etc. and defended parties against false and frivolous cases. His aptitude to grasp the factual and procedural aspect of the trial enables him to fervently argue cases both civil and criminal. He also advises parties on contractual terms and conditions and provides opinion on various legal issues keeping in view the extant law and policies.
Lately, Pranaynath is concentrating in imparting legal knowledge creating awareness about the rights and remedies for its easy accessibility. His association with lawyers in different areas of practice and experience of having worked with various organizations accredit him to quickly analyse the vera causa and provide an effective advice to resolve.
