We contest suits for recovery of monies, performance of contractual obligations, injunctions, possession, eviction, declaration etc. and also defend the parties against any such false and frivolous cases. While recovery of money paid through cheque have an altogether different procedure laid down under civil and criminal law which is being dealt below separately. The other suits are much dependent on the terms of the agreement, relationship of the parties, and breach of any of the terms of the agreement and so on. Of late, Arbitration has been much sought after alternate dispute resolution to arise at an amicable solution arising out of agreements. Where we feel that the breach is such that it cannot be compensated in terms of money then our emphasis is on specific performance of the contract. We also contest the petitions before National Company Law Tribunal from both the sides be it the side of Financial Creditors/Operational Creditors or Corporate Debtor.
